FAQs
What should I wear to a reformer class?
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. Don't have a pair? You can purchase some at reception before your class.
I've never done Pilates before – can I join?
Absolutely! We welcome all levels. Start with our Reformer 101 Workshop or a Foundations (Level 1) class to get confident with the equipment and exercises.
How many classes should I attend each week?
For the best results, we recommend 2 classes per week, but even one class will leave you feeling stronger and more energised. Progress is about consistency, not perfection.
Do I have to move up levels?
Not at all! Some people stay in Foundations (Level 1) for months or even years and still see amazing results. Move up only when you feel ready - there's no pressure.
What should I expect in my first class?
Your first class will introduce you to the reformer, guide you through exercises safely, and help you connect with your core. You'll leave feeling stronger, taller, and energised – and you might even surprise yourself at what your body can do!
Do I need to attend Reformer 101 before other classes?
Yes! We strongly recommend attending Reformer 101 before joining other classes. It's the best way to feel confident and get the most out of every session.
Can I cancel my class?
Yes! If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your class credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will result in the credit being used in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! Classes have limited spots to ensure everyone has space on the reformer. Booking in advance guarantees your place and avoids disappointment.
I want to join a class but it's full.
No problem! You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist will be notified by email and the space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Do you cater for private group bookings?
Absolutely! Whether it's a corporate team day, birthday, hen party, or just a fun catch-up with friends, a private group session is a great way to move, laugh, and leave feeling stronger together.

Is there somewhere to leave my belongings during class?
Yes! Each attendee has access to a locker to safely store their belongings during class.
Do you have changing rooms?
